Ingrédients
- 5 large potatoes
- 500g of beef minced
- 1 onion
- 1 handfull of minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Flour
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
Methode
- Cook the potatoes untill they are very soft, drain, peel and smash them.
- While you are doing that, cook the beef minced and the onion (cut in little squares) in a pan with a little bit of butter/oil it depends on what you prefer. Add the paprika, salt and pepper and keep it on the side.
- In the mash potatoes, add the parsley (very thin minced), curry, salt and pepper. Mix it together. Then, make a ball of mash in your hand (big as a handfull), make a hole in the middle and stuff it with the beef minced preparation. Close it and squeeze it softly as I show you on the pictures. Put flour on it and repeat untill you run out of stock!
- Heat your pan with vegetable oil. In a plate, pour the beat egg and in another one the breadcrumbs. Dip the ball on the egg and breadcrumbs and cook until both sides are light brown/gold.
- Serve with a salad.
Enjoy!
