- 3 packs of noodles
- 2 bowls of boiling water
- 1 red capsicum
- Handful of mushrooms ( any that you like)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 ts of olive oil
- A pinch of sesame
- Handful of fried onions
- Put the noodle in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In a wok pan very hot, add the olive oil end the chopped vegetables. After 10 minutes, add the noodles that will have been drained ahead, the sesame, soy sauce and fried onions.
- Let it cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
